Chrys Azozama – Principal Consultant

Chrys & Associates Inc., is led by Chrys Azozama, a seasoned professional in cost consulting and project management, with over 21 years of experience in the construction and real estate industries. His prestigious certifications include PMP, PQS, MRICS, and Gold Seal, along with Master Degree in Building Science (Project Management in Construction) and a Bachelor Degree in Construction Management.

Chrys is also a passionate PMP (Project Management Professional) instructor, teaching Construction Project Management to Licensed Residential Builders and Developers, ensuring they are well-prepared to excel in the industry’s rigorous standards.
